Not only is upper management available for guidance at the workplace, but they also care about their employees’ personal lives. While going through a difficult period in my life, the CEO offered to become my gym partner. For next few months, we would meet up at the gym before the work day started.

I went from not knowing a single thing about the industry as an intern, to a project engineer, and now Junior Estimator. Everything I know about this industry is thanks to Tricorp Group. This company really allows for growth in the company by training from within. I am very proud and thankful to be working for a company that provides such opportunities.

Tricorp is the first company I have worked for in my 38 years of life, where I have actually felt appreciated. They make sure to acknowledge all their employees and let them know they are ALL appreciated, regardless of the position they hold.

I have worked other places where I was just a number, at Tricorp Group, upper management interacts with us daily to ensure we are meeting our goals, while coaching us to a higher standard of operation.

My company does a lot of things behind the scenes for employees. They gave me help when my daughter and I needed to escape my abusive ex-spouse, including helping me move to a new town. They gave me time off and checked in on me, let me have time off to get my kid to counseling. I am a different person now thanks to the opportunity they gave me to change my life.

The company helped another of our employees raise money for a gas generator for relatives of his in the Ukraine. All the employees had a chance to donate as well as the company itself, and we were able to get the generator. The family in Ukraine had a child who had a kidney transplant and didn't have a way to stay warm last winter with the utilities out due to the war. It was a great feeling to be able to help.
